Job summary

We are partnering with a leading international customer experience company to recruit Customer Support Advisors for a Barcelona-based project with a well-established international fashion retail brand. You will assist customers with inquiries across phone, email and chat, in Spanish, Basque and English.

The role is on-site in Barcelona, full-time (39 hours/week) with rotating shifts including weekends, and includes two weeks of paid training plus a performance-based annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish and Basque, both written and spoken.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish, Basque and English via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with purchases, orders and product inquiries.
