Job summary

We are partnering with a leading international customer experience company to recruit Customer Support Advisors for a Barcelona-based project with a well-established international fashion retail brand. You will assist customers with inquiries across phone, email and chat, in Spanish, Basque and English.

The role is on-site in Barcelona, full-time (39 hours/week) with rotating shifts including weekends, and includes two weeks of paid training plus a performance-based annual bonus.

We arepartnering with a leading international customer experience company to recruit Customer Support Advisors for a project supporting a well-established international fashion retail brand in Barcelona, Spain.

In this role, you will assist customers with enquiries related to purchases, products, orders, and after-sales services, ensuring a positive shopping experience across phone, email, and chat.

We are looking for communicative, empathetic, and solution-oriented professionals who enjoy helping customers and are interested in developing their careers within the fashion retail industry.

Your Role

• Provide customer support in Spanish, Basque, and English via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with enquiries related to purchases, orders, and products
• Handle issues involving deliveries, returns, and after-sales services
• Provide clear information about products, shopping procedures, and available services
• Identify customer needs and offer effective, personalised solutions
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate information in internal systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer enquiries
• Deliver a positive customer experience across all communication channels
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer service quality standards

Your Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish and Basque, both written and spoken
• Very good command of English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging customer situations
• Proactive attitude, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital tools and multiple customer support platforms
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, international team
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce will be considered an advantage
• Interest in the fashion retail industry
• Availability to work on-site in Barcelona
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends

The Offer

• Permanent employment contract in Spain
• Full-time position, 39 hours per week
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 23:00
