CB Talents is recruiting for a customer service role in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You will support customers by phone for a well-known Spanish airline, handling high call volumes with empathy and clear communication.

Requirements include fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2), prior customer service experience, and willingness to rotate shifts. Salary is €920/month (14 payments) plus a €1,000 welcome bonus and a €120 monthly performance bonus.

• Schedule: Full-time, 39 hours/week, rotating shifts between 08.00 - 21.00
• Salary: €920 per month, paid over 14 times a year

What we're looking for

• Availability for rotating shifts
