Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring to support customers of a well-known Spanish airline, in a city famed for architecture, culture and Mediterranean lifestyle.

The role is full-time, on-site with rotating shifts. You will communicate in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), handling high volumes by phone and delivering an empathetic, solution-focused experience. Expect a base salary of €19,623.34 gross/year plus a €1,000 welcome bonus and a €120/month performance bonus.
