Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish/English customer support specialist to assist customers of a well-known Spanish airline. The position is on-site in Lisbon, full-time with a 39-hour work week and rotating shifts.

A €1,000 welcome bonus is offered, plus a €120 monthly performance bonus, and a €19,623.34 gross/year salary. You will handle high-volume calls with empathy, stay calm under pressure, and help customers with timely, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Required: previous customer service experience.
• Experience handling high-volume calls.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2) in spoken and written form.
