You will use Spanish (C1) and English (B2) to resolve issues promptly, stay calm under pressure, and communicate with empathy. The position includes a welcome bonus and performance-based monthly incentives, reflecting a vibrant Barcelona

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish, C1 (spoken and written).

• Previous customer service experience (required).
• Proven experience handling high-volume calls.
