Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a full-time customer service professional to support a well-known Spanish airline. You will handle calls, ensuring a positive experience and managing high volumes with composure in sensitive situations.

Requirements include fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2), prior customer service experience, and willingness to work rotating shifts. A €1,000 welcome bonus and ongoing performance bonuses are offered to reward top performance.
