Job summary

CB Talents in Barcelona is hiring to support customers of a well-known Spanish airline. The role is on-site, full-time, with a 39-hour workweek and rotating shifts.

You will handle high-volume calls with empathy and clear communication in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), staying calm in sensitive situations to deliver a great customer experience.

A €1,000 welcome bonus plus a €120 monthly performance bonus are offered, along with 39 hours/week and a city in Europe famed for culture and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (C1) written and spoken.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience handling high-volume calls.
