Job summary

ISDIN, a global dermocosmetics leader in Barcelona, seeks a Customer Service Technician with Italian proficiency to support order-to-cash processes and master data. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Marketing, Supply, and Finance to ensure timely customer service and KPI achievement.

Strong Excel, SAP SD, and Salesforce skills are required, along with English and Italian language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: University Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service Back Office.
• Languages: B2 Level of Italian and C1 English.
• IT: High level of proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and ensure the follow-up of order to cash back-office processes.
• Monitor scorecard (KPIs) of key processes.
• Be responsible for the customer master.
• Be Key User of SAP SD and Embrace (orders).
• Be the liaison between the SAC area and the different areas of Isdin (Sales, Marketing, IT, Strategics, Supply, Finance, Quality) to ensure that the defined business actions can be executed excellently.
