Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor the front-office Customer Care to guarantee an excellent customer experience at the lowest cost.
• Monitor dashboards (KPIs) of key processes.
• Be a Key user of Salesforce.
• Act as a liaison between Customer Care and other Isdin areas to ensure actions are executed excellently.
