The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years in customer service or order management, with SAP SD, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish. Italian is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with customer service, order management, or supply chain roles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer orders including entry, status updates, and documentation.
• Update customers and internal stakeholders on order status and issues.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and claims with prompt resolution.
• Identify obstacles in fulfilment and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and review reports & KPI dashboards.
