A leading travel company is seeking customer service professionals to support a fast-growing cruise brand. You will guide customers in organizing their dream voyages, handling inquiries and offering professional advice on cruise packages. Ideal candidates should have sales experience and strong communication skills while being comfortable with digital tools. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and provides relocation support including housing for up to a year.

Room in a shared apartment for 12 months
Monthly rent of 280€ with all utilities included
Remote work model
Working hours from Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00

Formación

  • Background in sales, retail, or tourism is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries.
  • Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations.
  • Offer package upgrades or alternative options when appropriate.
  • Deliver pre-booking and post-booking customer support.
  • Assist travel agencies with booking management.
  • Inform customers about documentation, prices, and destinations.

Salary & Benefits
  • 1500 x 14 salary
  • Relocation from outside Portugal:
    • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
    • Monthly rent 280, all utilities included (deducted directly from payslip)
  • Remote work model (must be based in mainland Portugal)
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and feel comfortable recommending additional or alternative options when relevant. Any level of sales experience is welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations
  • When appropriate, offer package upgrades or alternative options
  • Deliver pre-booking and post-booking customer support
  • Assist travel agencies with booking management
  • Inform customers about documentation, prices, ships, destinations and related topics
