A leading hotel chain in Málaga is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. The ideal candidate should have a native or bilingual level of Dutch and advanced English skills. This role offers fixed salary plus bonus, flexible hours, and an indefinite term contract with a probation period.

About the Role :

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Málaga . You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.

What You’ll Do :

  • Handle incoming customer calls in Dutch , assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Dutch : Native or bilingual level
  • English : Advanced (minimum C1)
  • Ability to work 39 hours / week with alternating weekends
  • A valid NIE , NAF , and a Spanish bank account
