Teleperformance SE is seeking a Digital Cloud Sales Engineer to support cloud opportunities with technical expertise and consultative selling. You will work with Partners and Sales teams to define requirements, prototype solutions, and demonstrate cloud capabilities across products and regions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, enterprise architecture guidance, and active participation in sales cycles with ongoing training and certification support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in technical cloud sales engineering or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Experience with Big Data, PaaS, IaaS technologies.
• Knowledge of data technologies such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and BigQuery.
• Linux, web technologies and protocols (HTTP, XML, HTML).
• Enterprise networking concepts (DNS, TCP, firewalls).
• Web app development (REST, SOAP, J2EE, Python, JavaScript, PHP).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Support cloud sales opportunities with technical and consultative input.
• Assist Partners and Sales in evaluating customer requirements and architectures.
• Develop scalable architectures aligned with customer value.
• Create prototypes, demos, and integration examples in partner environments.
• Provide technical guidance and messaging for cloud solutions.
• Manage Salesforce opportunities and required artifacts through sales stages.
• Complete product training and certifications within timelines.
