Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a Digital Cloud Customer Engineer to support Cloud sales opportunities by applying technical expertise and consultative sales skills. You will help Partners and Sales teams understand customer needs, evaluate Cloud solutions, and design scalable architectures that deliver business value.

You will work across products and regions, handle technical evaluations, enable Partners, and communicate Google Cloud value through best-practice guidance and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of experience in technical sales engineering in cloud computing or comparable customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies, plus hands-on experience using or managing databases.
• Knowledge of data technologies such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, Hive, Impala, Spark SQL, or BigQuery.
• Working knowledge of Linux, web technologies and protocols (HTTP, authentication, cookies/sessions, XML, HTML/XHTML, XSLT).
• Understanding of enterprise networking concepts (DNS, TCP, firewalls, proxies, DMZs).
• Experience with web app development and integration (REST, SOAP, J2EE, servlets, Python, JavaScript, PHP).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Technical Consulting and Architecture: define technical requirements and future-state architectures with Partners and Sales.
• Technical Evaluations and Prototyping: build prototypes, demos, and integration examples using Cloud products.
• Partner and Sales Enablement: act as a technical resource for Partners and Sales teams.
• Solution Guidance and Messaging: provide best-practice guidance on integration strategies and enterprise architecture.
• Technical Research and Product Expertise: interpret Cloud documentation and demonstrate capabilities using admin/SDK consoles.
• Opportunity Management: maintain Salesforce opportunity records and document sales-stage artifacts.
• Training and Certification: complete product training and certifications within timelines.
