A leading multinational in the technology sector is seeking a Business Admin & Operations Coordinator for a 6-month hybrid project in Madrid. From ManpowerGroup Interim Management , we are currently seeking a Business Admin & Operations (m / f / x) for a 6-month project with one of our main clients, a leading multinational in the technology sector.
🔹 Location : Hybrid – Madrid
🔹 Start date : Either mid-December or mid-January.
🔹 End date : 30th June 2026.
🔹 Duration : 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
The project aims to support the operational and administrative management of the Regional Digital Sales team, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and coordination of key business processes. It includes organizing global meetings, managing calendars, providing executive support, and coordinating internal initiatives to help achieve business and team objectives.
Additionally, it focuses on driving efficiency through digitalization and the use of AI tools, fostering collaboration, operational excellence, and an inclusive, growth-oriented work culture.
Support the readiness and execution of core processes, ensuring efficient management and seamless integration across the broader organization.
Contribute to making the team a great place to work by supporting the implementation of the people agenda and team well‑being initiatives.
Support the execution of internal and executive communications, including newsletters, all‑hands meetings, and presentation materials.
Identify and drive cross‑team process improvements to enhance collaboration and information flow.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate the Rhythm of the Business (ROB) and optimize processes for greater operational efficiency.
Partner with cross‑functional teams contributing to the overall business rhythm and alignment.
Manage global calendar coordination for senior leaders, organize meetings and agendas, and provide logistical and event planning support.
Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity across business operations and administrative functions.
