Job summary

Enigma Corporation seeks Customer Support Advisor fluent in Spanish, Basque and English for an on-site Barcelona project supporting a well-known international fashion retailer. You will assist online shoppers with inquiries related to purchases, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring quality customer experience.

Work is on-site in Barcelona with rotating shifts. Candidates must have native-level Spanish and Basque and strong English, plus flexibility to

Qualifications

Native or native-level fluency in Spanish and Basque (Euskera) with strong English.
Excellent communication skills and high customer-orientation.
Experience handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries related to purchases, orders, and product lines across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Manage after-sales issues including deliveries, returns, and order modifications.
Provide personalized, friendly solutions while maintaining a customer-first service standard.
Follow up to ensure complete resolution of cases.
Record interactions accurately and keep CRM records up to date.
Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience across the brand's support touchpoints.
