Zusammenfassung

TalentLyft is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to assist eCommerce clients across multiple channels from our Benalmádena office. You will identify issues, provide solutions, and document actions in the CRM. English proficiency at B2 is required, and strong written and verbal communication is essential for simplifying technical language.

You will work Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00, in a dynamic, friendly team. Excellent remuneration and opportunities to grow with the company are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent in Dutch; fluent in English (B2+).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication to simplify technical language.
• Stress-resilient and adaptable; maintains calm under pressure.
• Good listening skills and empathy.
• Able to solve issues promptly and independently while being a team player.
• Able to cover shift rotation and punctual at office.
• Office hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00.

Aufgaben

• Assist eCommerce customers via multiple channels (phone, chat; future emails/social).
• Identify and resolve client issues, guide customers within time limits.
• Use training cheat sheets and protocols to assist customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
• Escalate to appropriate department when needed.
• Collaborate with other agents/teams on complex cases.
• Document all actions in the CRM in detail.
