Job summary

Boeva Tech in Malaga is seeking a Customer Representative fluent in Dutch to join our on-site support team. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, assisting shoppers with orders, payments, products, and promotions while maintaining service standards.

The role requires native or bilingual Dutch with good English, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a standard daytime schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with two Saturday shifts per month. On-site in Benalmádena (Malaga), Spain.

Qualifications

• Dutch native-level or bilingual proficiency with strong English.
• Customer-focused communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow up on requests until complete resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist shoppers with questions about online orders, payments, products, and promotions.
• Record interactions in internal ticketing systems and route escalations when needed.
• Provide timely responses within service quality standards.
• Stay updated on products, services, processes and policies.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and guide customers through complaints.
