Boeva Tech is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Representative to join our on-site team in Benalmádena, Málaga. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, support online orders, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.

Fluent Dutch and good English are required. You will use ticketing tools and Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, with a daytime schedule (Mon–Fri plus two Saturdays per month). This is an on-site role in Spain.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at native or bilingual level; English proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills and active listening, with a customer-first approach.
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset with follow-up until resolution.
• Experience navigating digital customer support tools and standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist shoppers with questions about online orders, payments, products, and promotions.
• Manage calls and escalations from physical retail locations and record interactions in ticketing systems.
• Provide timely, high-quality responses within service standards.
• Stay updated on products, services, processes and policies.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and guide customers through complaint processes.
