The Lemon Consulting in Benalmádena, Spain is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for an on-site, full-time role. You will assist eCommerce customers across channels, resolve issues, and document interactions in the CRM with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Requirements include native Dutch and fluent English (B2+), strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Relocation support is provided.

Formación

• Native/fluent in Dutch (oral and written) plus English at least B2
• Excellent writing and verbal communication to simplify technical language
• Resourceful and stress-resilient; can adapt and stay calm in all situations
• Good listening skills and ability to empathize with others
• Ability to solve issues in a timely manner
• Able to cover shift rotation and be on time at the office

Responsabilidades

• Assist eCommerce customers via multiple channels (phone, chat, future emails, social media)
• Identify issues, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives
• Follow guides and protocols provided during training
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Collaborate with other agents or teams for complex cases
• Document each action taken in the CRM in detail
