Bcrecruitment is seeking a Customer Advisor in Benalmádena, Spain to support Dutch-speaking eCommerce customers via phone, email and live chat. You'll represent the company professionally, resolve orders, enquiries and complaints.

You will communicate clearly, document interactions, and contribute to team targets. The role is on-site, with 40-hour weeks and starting ASAP.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+).
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills.
• Empathy and ability to stay calm while documenting interactions.

Responsabilidades

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Benalmádena, Spain and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support eCommerce customers with orders, enquiries and complaints. As a Dutch-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email and live chat.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Dutch by phone, email and live chat
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while documenting every interaction accurately

What we offer

• Salary: €19,200 gross per year
• Performance bonus of up to €1,800 gross per year

Relocation support

• Up to €500 reimbursement of documented relocation expenses (details shared during screening)

Location, hours & start

• Location: Benalmádena, Spain - on-site
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00; plus 2 Saturdays per month
• Start: As soon as possible
