Zohorecruit is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent in Benalmádena, Spain. You will assist eCommerce customers across channels, identify issues, provide solutions, and document every action in our CRM.

Fluency in Dutch (native) and English (minimum B2) is required, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills to explain technical topics clearly. You should stay calm under pressure and work well both independently and in a team.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch (native level) and English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication to simplify technical language.
• Calm under pressure with good listening and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist eCommerce customers across channels (phone, chat, future emails/social).
• Identify issues, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives.
• Document actions in CRM in detail and collaborate with other teams when needed.
