CloserHire is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support eCommerce customers across multiple channels, handling inquiries and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy, and meticulous documentation.

Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 with two Saturdays per month, on-site in Benalmádena, Spain. Relocation is paid; relocation payment €500 reimbursed after month 1, and up to €1800 in bonuses.

Formación
