Concentrix is seeking a Business Developer (French-speaking) for on-site work in Barcelona. You will qualify and accelerate partner-led opportunities, collaborate with client channels, and maintain CRM hygiene to drive efficient deal progression.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and proficient in English.
• 1–3 years in lead generation, sales development or inside sales (tech/SaaS or B2B).
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet quotas; strong phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and accelerate partner-led opportunities to improve win rates.
• Collaborate with partners and channel managers to drive deal progression.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and follow up on aged opportunities.
• Manage and close opportunities, or delegate based on stage/value thresholds.
• Provide feedback to improve partner lead quality and engagement.
• Coordinate with BDR teams to manage MQLs and ensure proper routing.
• Engage new business opportunities in SMB segments via outbound outreach.
