Concentrix is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (French-speaking) to join our on-site Barcelona team. You will engage with clients and partners using a consultative approach, develop growth within assigned accounts, and manage relationships to sustain long-term visibility of strategy.

The role requires French proficiency and intermediate English, a solid B2B sales background, strong communication, and a driven, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in French with intermediate English level.
• Solid sales background and previous experience in Sales B2B.
• Strong communication skills.
• Achievement-oriented, motivated and self-starter.
• Experience working with channel partners.
• Dynamic and energetic personality.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative account management approach.
• Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account.
• Develop and maintain relationships within accounts for long-term visibility of strategy and activity.
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals.
• Drive profitability through proactive account management.
• Meet sales quotas and targets.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
• Respond promptly to incoming customer or partner calls.
