Amaya Solutions Europe, the Spanish-based subsidiary of American Water Chemicals, seeks a bilingual B2B Customer Service Specialist in Barcelona. You will coordinate orders with production, track shipments, resolve complaints, and support the sales team with quotations and logistics.

Responsibilities include communicating with freight forwarders, obtaining transport quotes, arranging shipments, monitoring stock availability, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong customer

Formación

• At least 2 years in a B2B customer service and logistics role.
• Experience with A3ERP and/or SAP mandatory.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in Chemicals or Water Treatment industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer orders and quotations from outside sales, phone, and email.
• Coordinate with departments to handle orders, shipments, and delivery dates.
• Work with Finance to ensure correct fiscal details on ERP-generated documents.
• Support sales to grow and maintain the customer base.
