Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer inquiries related to shipments.
• Monitor and trace shipments; update customer profiles.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Promote CMA CGM products and services to customers.
• Assist booking teams and resolve process issues when needed.
