• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics.
• Experience handling shipping and export/import processes is a plus.
• Strong IT skills and ERP experience are required.

Responsabilidades

• Process and validate customer orders in line with company policies.
• Verify pricing and commercial conditions.
• Coordinate logistics and manage export/import documentation.
• Track shipments and customs documentation, proactively resolving delivery issues.
• Handle complaints, cancellations, and compliance-related matters.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and process improvements, including management of small customer accounts.
