B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) Hybrid Sofia

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international tech-driven sales team based in Sofia.

This is a full-time hybrid position (office remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment offering stability career growth and relocation support.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level Spanish (mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and results‑driven mindset

  • Full‑time contract Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)

  • Gross monthly salary: 3267 BGN
