YOUR TASKS
  1. Motivate the staff, ensure a pleasant and safe work climate, and promote good cooperation within the team and with other colleagues.
  2. Collaborate with the HR department to hire staff and oversee the correct onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Lead regular individual and team meetings, and develop skills and knowledge through training and workplace exchanges.
  4. Ensure all work equipment and information required for providing guests with the best service are available, in good condition, and optimize workflows and definitions.
  5. Use available tools to obtain guest feedback, analyze and categorize it, drive activities, and implement improvements in coordination with the Hotel Manager.
  6. Handle guest complaints that cannot be resolved by the team and ensure guest satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  7. Optimize room distribution through conscientious occupancy management and coordinate group room allocations with the Groups department.
  8. Perform regular audits aligned with company standards, document findings, and initiate corrective actions in coordination with the Operations Manager.
  9. Maintain an inventory management system, oversee stock-takes according to guidelines, and support monthly closings.
YOUR PROFILE
  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience leading a front-office team or similar.
  2. Enjoy leading a diverse and motivated team and possess an inspiring personality.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  5. Solution-oriented with strong commitment, entrepreneurial mindset.
  6. Leadership skills including coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, and training.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and front office systems (e.g., Sihot, Fidelio).
  8. A willingness to travel occasionally.
