We are looking for Analysts and Consultants fluent in Spanish + English + an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German).

What you will do

You will work in small, high‑performing teams to solve complex strategic challenges, design tailor‑made solutions for leading companies, and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

• Rapidly frame and understand each client’s strategic context, challenges and needs.
• Form hypotheses, structure analyses, identify insights and synthesize recommendations with clarity and rigor.
• Deliver high‑quality, pragmatic solutions that are truly tailored to each client’s needs and create measurable impact.
• Craft clear, compelling narratives and communicate them effectively to clients.

What we expect (your qualifications)

• Master’s degree and an excellent academic record from a top‑tier university (Business, Economics, Engineering or similar).
• For Analyst roles: previous internships in strategy or business consulting are a strong plus.
• For Consultant roles: 2–3 years of experience in strategy or business consulting, with responsibility for workstream ownership and client interaction.
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to structure and synthesize complex information effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English and at least an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German).
• Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
• High levels of ownership, commitment and drive.
• Ethics, judgment and integrity as core values.
• Comfortable traveling and working away from home.
