Elastic invites driven individuals to join our Sales Development Team in Barcelona as SDRs. You will partner with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, spark meaningful conversations, and generate high-quality opportunities for the sales pipeline.

You will leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble and AI-powered tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and maximize effectiveness.

Formación

• Native-level English and professional fluency in English.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong drive to succeed and build a career in sales.
• Highly coachable mindset with openness to feedback.
• Curiosity about technology and how businesses grow.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
