Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Barcelona. You will engage with prospects, tailor Elastic solutions, and help grow our sales pipeline in a cooperative, collaborative environment.

You will work with Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to research accounts and craft effective outreach. We value 1–2 years SDR experience, growth mindset, and multilingual communication (German and English). This is a distributed role with flexible locations and schedules.

Formación

• 1–2 years of Sales/SDR experience, incl. university roles.
• Proactive with a growth mindset and receptive to feedback.
• Skilled at engaging with prospects via multiple channels.
• Motivated to hit and exceed targets; aligned with team goals.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to grow the pipeline.
• Balance prompt user inquiries with proactive new business outreach.
• Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft compelling messages using Salesforce, Marketo and LinkedIn.
• Learn Elastic technologies to explain value propositions and guide clients to solutions.
