Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring an SDR in Barcelona to drive growth by identifying prospects and creating high-quality opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to understand business challenges and demonstrate how Elastic's platform solves them.

We have a collaborative workspace in Barcelona focused on learning, career development, and coachability. Fluency in Arabic and English, plus a strong desire to build a career in sales, are highly valued.

Formación

• Sales, Sales Development, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• A highly coachable mindset with a drive to learn and grow in sales.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and generate pipeline.
• Engage inbound and outbound prospects across multiple channels with thoughtful outreach.
• Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize messaging using sales tools.
• Develop expertise in Elastic platform and AI-powered solutions to articulate value.
• Own your growth through coaching and continuous enablement to build a long-term career.
