Elasticsearch B.V. in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive high-quality pipeline by engaging prospects and understanding their business challenges.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and run multi-channel outreach across inbound and outbound leads. You will leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, and AI-powered tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and qualify opportunities.

Formación

• Native-level Arabic and fluent English.
• Sales, Sales Development, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong drive, coachable mindset, and curiosity about technology.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to target accounts and generate pipeline.
• Engage inbound and outbound prospects through multi-channel outreach; qualify opportunities.
• Research accounts and decision-makers using AI-powered tools to personalize outreach.
• Develop understanding of the Elastic platform, AI-powered solutions, and industries served.
• Own growth through coaching, feedback, and enablement.
