Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to accelerate its sales career in Barcelona. You will engage prospective customers, understand their business challenges, and create high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and spark meaningful conversations. We’ve built a collaborative workspace in Barcelona where teamwork, continuous learning, and career development

Formación

• Fluent English and Swedish or Danish.
• Sales, SDR, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong drive to succeed and a coachable mindset.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and generate pipeline.
• Engage inbound and outbound prospects via multi-channel outreach; qualify opportunities.
• Leverage LinkedIn and AI-powered tools to research accounts and tailor outreach.
• Develop strong understanding of Elastic platform and AI-powered solutions.
• Own growth through coaching, feedback, and ongoing enablement.
