Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a France-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Barcelona team. You will partner with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, spark conversations, and create high-quality opportunities across multi-channel outreach.

You will leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, and AI-powered tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and maximize effectiveness.

Formación

• Native or fluency in French.
• Sales, Sales Development, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• A strong drive to succeed and a genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.
• A highly coachable mindset: you actively seek feedback, embrace challenges, and continuously look for ways to improve.
• Curiosity and a passion for understanding technology, customer challenges, and how businesses grow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects confidently through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Responsabilidades

• Partner for Success: Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and generate high-quality pipeline.
• Create Meaningful Conversations: Engage inbound and outbound prospects through multi-channel outreach and qualify opportunities.
• Leverage Technology: Research accounts and personalize outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, and AI tools.
• Become an Elastic Expert: Develop a strong understanding of the Elastic platform and AI-powered solutions.
• Learn, Grow, and Own Your Development: Embrace coaching and ongoing enablement with experienced colleagues.
