Docplanner Group seeks an experienced Head of Analytics to lead a 2–3 person team, driving AI-first analytics and turning data into clear business guidance across 13 markets.

You will own scalable data models and dashboards in Looker and Tableau, partner with VPs for Individual Doctors and Clinics, and mentor analysts to raise impact and quality. Remote-first with Spain-based colleagues.

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years of analytics experience, including 1–2 years leading analysts.
• Very good SQL skills (BigQuery preferred); Python is a plus.
• Experience designing automations and scalable data models; AI-first approaches.
• Ability to digest complex data into business language for senior audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau dashboards for non-technical users.
• Knowledge of regression analysis and A/B testing.
• Experience cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona is ideal; remote-first team with Spain-based colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of 2–3 analysts; manage workload and priorities with agile practices.
• Coach analysts to improve technical skills and impact beyond output.
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to land work where it matters.
• Partner with VPs to understand needs and surface opportunities.
• Lead deep dives and experiments to explain what happened and what to do.
• Build and maintain data models and automations that scale across markets.
• Create Looker/Tableau dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bridge business and data teams; ensure requirements align with priorities.
• Develop AI-generated insights and present them to senior leadership.
