UL Solutions is seeking a Data and AI Solutions Group Lead to guide globally distributed teams across Data, AI, and software delivery. The role emphasizes people-first leadership, talent development, and partnering with Product and Engineering to translate strategic goals into practical outcomes.

You will influence cross-regional teams, ensure responsible AI practices, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and performance across Europe and the Americas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams in Data, AI, ML, Analytics, or Software Engineering.
• Experience leading Agile/Lean delivery teams and producing production Data/AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop globally distributed Data and AI teams; foster a culture of trust and accountability.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to set priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Translate strategy into practical delivery plans across regions and time zones.
• Drive delivery excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
