McKinsey & Company in Madrid seeks a senior analytics leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and reporting across CSE's AI portfolio. You will lead a team of 8-9 professionals and partner with Product, engineering, and leadership to shape decisions through data.

You will define KPI standards, reporting infrastructure, and self-service analytics, while mentoring teams and expanding the impact of AI-enabled tools across the organization.

Formación

• Proven success leading large analytics teams (8+).
• Experience defining data/analytics strategy and roadmaps.
• Track record influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• Deep skills in data exploration, KPI design, and data systems.
• Ability to translate complex findings into executive narratives.
• Experience setting scalable reporting and dashboards standards.
• Ability to allocate resources and prioritize across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the analytics strategy, vision, and roadmap for CSE AI portfolio.
• Lead 8–9 technical and non-technical colleagues and hire as needed.
• Partner with Product, engineering, and leadership to inform decisions.
• Architect metrics framework and data infra to measure ROI and adoption.
• Set operating model for prioritization, resourcing, and delivery.
• Elevate data storytelling for leaders to drive action.
