Docplanner is seeking a senior analytics leader to guide an AI‑first analytics team across 13 markets. You will coach 2–3 analysts, align with global and local stakeholders, and drive experiments that inform strategic decisions.

Build scalable data models and dashboards for non-technical audiences, turning insights into action. You will translate business needs into data solutions, lead Looker/Tableau dashboards, and foster cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations.

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years in analytics.
• Experience leading analysts for 1–2+ years.
• Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Experience designing scalable data models and AI-first analytics workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a 2–3 person analytics team using agile practices.
