Docplanner is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the AI-enabled transformation of our patient engagement software. The role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, driving adoption of AI-powered development practices and organizational change.

You will work closely with product and design to solve real patient problems end-to-end, measuring impact through delivery speed, quality, and user outcomes. Flexible remote/hybrid setup with Barcelona hub.

Formación

• AI-enabled development experience to accelerate software delivery.
• Experience in regulated environments where quality and reliability matter.
• Proven ability to lead by technical example and deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Through Code (≈75% hands-on): Solve real patient engagement challenges with hands-on coding, using AI development tools and environments.
• Prototype and build AI-enabled development solutions for patient-facing products.
• Work directly in teams' codebases, implementing features and architectural changes.
• Experiment with AI-powered workflows and teach others through hands-on demonstration.
