Booksy in Spain seeks a Data Analytics Lead to be the primary architect of our data's source of truth. You will lead a team of Analytics Engineers transforming raw data into actionable insights via a sophisticated Looker semantic layer, shaping the future of our data ecosystem.

You will mentor teammates, manage sprint priorities, and guard Looker architecture while collaborating with Marketing, Finance and GTM Ops to turn complex business needs into scalable models.

Formación

• Experience leading analytics engineers in an agile environment.
• Deep Looker LookML and SQL expertise.
• CI/CD with GitLab and cloud data warehouses.

Responsabilidades

• Transform raw data into actionable insights through Looker semantic layer.
• Mentor team members and manage sprint priorities to maintain high performance.
• Guard Looker architecture and establish robust CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
