Docplanner Group is seeking a strategic, analytics‑driven operator to shape the future of our global Customer Success function. You will blend strategy, operations and technical project management to drive AI‑first initiatives and scalable processes.

You will lead data analytics on retention and growth, work with Superset/Tableau and SQL, and collaborate with multicultural teams across markets to deliver measurable business impact.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or project management.
• Quantitatively oriented educational background (Data Science/Statistics/Math/Physics/CS/Finance).
• Experience with large data sets and dashboards (Superset/Tableau).
• Experience with Python modelling and knowledge of common data science algorithms.
• Desirable experience in designing and implementing advanced analytics and financial/forecasting models.
• Interest in applying AI in Customer Success operations.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese/Polish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the global Customer Success function, focusing on insights, productivity, and best practices.
• Define, test, and roll out AI-first Customer Success use cases with scalable impact.
• Independently lead data analytics and modelling, with a focus on retention and growth.
• Support major strategic projects across markets, coordinating with local teams and scaling results globally.
