Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Visibility Products team. You will identify and execute growth levers for these products, analyzing data to uncover opportunities in acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, product portfolio enhancement, package design, pricing optimization, and other levers to unlock value from our customer base. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy, driving insights to inform actions in a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities
  • Independently lead data analytics and modeling with a focus on MRR growth
    • Data queries and data management topics (SQL, BI tools)
    • Business/financial modeling (business analysis, forecasting, budget simulations)
    • Machine learning applications (prediction models, clustering, decision trees, etc.)
  • Support the execution of strategic projects to drive acquisition, cross-sell/upsell/pricing & packaging initiatives across markets
    • Liaise with in-market stakeholders to present insights and propose actionable recommendations (e.g., pricing optimization, packaging changes)
    • Overall project management for selected initiatives in the Visibility portfolio (scope, plan, monitor, resolve issues)
    • Co-design, run and scale experiments from one market into global projects
  • Support the design and optimization of the global Visibility Products organization within the Customers function
    • Productivity improvements (automation, operations optimization, capacity utilization)
    • Best practices (cross-market sharing, benchmarks)
    • Insights (data analysis, research, experimentation)

  • Delivery of analyses based on agreed scope, on time and with attention to business context
  • Successful execution of projects based on data insights, focused on MRR growth
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of professional experience
  • Fluent in English; other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish) are a plus
  • Quantitatively oriented educational background (e.g., Business, Data Science, Statistics, Math/Physics, Finance) with solid business fundamentals
  • Technical experience with large data sets:
    • Tableau/SuperSet or other BI tools – ability to edit/create dashboards
    • SQL and experience with databases (BI background)
    • Desirable: knowledge of data science (Python modeling; clustering, regression, decision trees, XGBoost, etc.)
  • Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace models; startup/scale-up environment and passion for technology or healthcare is a plus
  • Experience in business analysis and modeling (forecasting, performance measurement) is a plus
  • Ability to package insights and lead stakeholder discussions
  • Desirable experience in advanced analytics (data prep, feature engineering, model validation, productization)
  • Proven experience working with multicultural teams and cross-functional collaboration (Go-to-Market, Operations, Data Engineering, Product)
