Fonio is expanding globally and hiring an Account Executive in Barcelona. You will close deals with warm, pre-qualified leads, own the sales funnel, and hunt for opportunities when needed. A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and strong communication skills are essential.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment with direct feedback, equity upside, and team offsites as part of a growth-focused culture. English fluency is required, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven closing track record along a structured funnel.
• High discipline, strong ownership, and a genuine hunger to earn.
• Natural communicator and storyteller.
• Native or C2 English. German is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound demos: 8–16 qualified demo calls per day.
• Own quota with clear monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage pipeline with structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene.
• Help sharpen our sales motion as we scale fast
