Job summary

fonio is hiring an Account Executive in Spain to close deals with warm, pre-qualified leads. You will handle 8–16 inbound demos daily, own monthly and quarterly quotas, and keep a clean, structured sales pipeline.

We offer a competitive OTE of $240k–$300k, equity, equipment of your choice, and regular team offsites. Native English is required, German is a plus, and you’ll join a fast-growing European tech scale-up expanding globally.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales in transactional or B2B SaaS.
• Proven closing track record with a structured funnel.
• High discipline, ownership, and hunger to earn.
• Native or C2 English; German is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Close deals from warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Handle inbound demos (8–16 per day).
• Own quota ownership with clear monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline.
