CIP Fund Solutions in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking an experienced IT Supporter to join our on-site Service Desk at Nordhavn. You will be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day tech support for 2000+ professionals across regions, handling hardware, software, and access management with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT, with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows, and Intune, ITIL familiarity, and strong communication skills in English and Danish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows, Intune.
• ITIL certified or experience with Incident, Problem, Change, or Asset Management.
• Some experience handling 2-3rd line IT support is beneficial.
• Professional, clear communicator, steady under pressure.
• Organized, detail‑focused, and able to prioritize in busy periods.
• Very service‑m minded, positive, and approachable.
• Fluent in English and Danish/other Scandinavian language.
• Comfortable handling executive/VIP users.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and device management for new hires.
• Service Desk: on-site support, hotline, and Jira tickets.
• Support Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Handle account lockouts, MFA issues, and access‑related incidents.
• Provide fast, professional support for VIPs, partners, and executives.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
• Meetings rooms, printers, and video conferencing equipment support.
