Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a full-time onsite position in Denmark. The candidate must provide effective first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues while maintaining communication on status and resolutions.

Required qualifications include several years of IT experience, fluency in Danish and English, and a valid work permit in Germany.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid work permit in Germany.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Local language (Danish) & English fluency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Support Apple PC users with basic knowledge of the Mac operating system.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity.
